Orders & Shipping

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before tracking becomes active. If you haven't received your tracking information, contact us at hello@wearth-living.com.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic orders within India are delivered within 8-10 business days after dispatch. International delivery times vary by destination. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed. Please ensure all delivery details are correct before completing checkout. Wearth Living is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached. All returns require prior authorization from our team. Please contact hello@wearth-living.com to initiate a return.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer monetary refunds. Eligible returns are issued as store credit only, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

How does store credit work?

Store credit is issued once your return has been received and approved. It is valid for 12 months from the issue date and can be applied to any future purchase on our store. Store Credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

Can I exchange my item?

Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Sale items may only be exchanged for store credit. Final Sale items cannot be exchanged. Please contact us at hello@wearth-living.com to arrange an exchange.

What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, please contact us at hello@wearth-living.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear images of the issue. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

What sizes are available?

Wearth Living is available in XS, S, M, and L.

How do I choose the correct size?
